How do I book a Baby/child portrait sitting?
All of our sittings are currently booked through our sister company Shop4Baby. Once you have decided on the package you require please phone us on (01925) 659066 to book a time slot. We have sessions avaliable during the day, evening or weekend. Once we have pencilled you in we require you to pay a £25 deposit (via cheque made payable to Shop4Baby) to secure your booking. Once we have received your cheque we will phone you to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable during the sitting, via cash or cheque. Which Areas of the UK do you cover?
Unfortunately we can currently only offer the packages to residents in Cheshire and Lancashire.
How do the Sessions Work?
All photo sessions will be conducted in the comfort of your own home / garden as we have found that babies especially are more settled within familiar surroundings and mums and dads are more relaxed as the need to get everyone ready and travel to a studio is eliminated. Our photographer has his own studio equipment which includes lights, cushions and drapes so there is no need to worry about providing anything other than some of your baby's favourite toys.
Each sitting lasts approximately 1 hour in which 30-50 photos will be taken. After the sitting we will return to your home within approximately 3-5 working days so that you can view your photos. Although only 1 (or 2 depending on the package) can be chosen for framing within the cost of the package there will be the opportunity to purchase additional prints - this will be discussed with you during your viewing session.
What Framing Options are Avaliable?
We are proud to use frames and mounts provided by Warrington Framing Company. We offer 5 different frames (light wood, dark wood, gold, silver and black) and 3 different mount colours (baby pink, baby blue and ivory). Sample frames will be avaliable for you to see during your session.
What Should I Wear?
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, although bright colours work best for the portrait shots. Try not to wear very light colours in any but the bump shots as they can get washed out by the whiteness of the setting. Bump shots look very effective if you cannot see any clothing in the shot, fabric can be used to drape over body parts you do not wish to expose. However, we will only take photos that you feel happy and comfortable to pose for.
Babies and small children also photograph well in bright colours or nude, using towels and fabric to conceal body parts. Again, the attire is completely your choice, and if you have any ideas of image styles then please dont be afraid to ask and we will be happy to accomodate your wishes.

How do I commission a photograph?
If you have a specific area or subject you would like us to capture then firstly use the contact us form or phone us on (0845) 0090581 to discuss your ideas. We will then create a tailor made package specified to your needs and advise you on costs. Once we have received your deposit (usually 25% of the shoot cost) we will undertake the work and the remaining balance will be due upon viewing the finished prints.
I would like Everlasting Images to cover a corporate event. How do I arrange this?

How do I purchase a print from your website?
All photographs on this website apart from those in the Baby Photo section are avaliable to purchase. Prices can be found on our Price List page. We are currently working on producing an online shop but until this is up and running please either call or email us with your order and we will invoice you accordingly.
