How much are your family, children and baby photoshoots?
Children and family shoots start from £85.00 for 12 edited photos sent by an online gallery.
Newborn shoots start from £100.00 for 10 photos, as these can take longer then other shoots.
If you would like them on a USB please add £15.00.
Is there the option to have them printed, or made into canvases or framed ?
Yes there are packages you can choose from with items to showcase your beautiful photos.
How do I choose my favourite photos?
After the shoot I will send you an online gallery of low resolution images and you can select from there.
What if I want to choose more photos?
There is the option to buy all the photos from the shoot. Or tell me how extra you want & I will give you a price.
How long for me to get my photos back from a shoot?
Please allow 2 weeks for editing, although I aim to get them back quicker than that. If you need them back for a specific date, ie. a present please let me know.
Do you take a deposit for the photoshoot?
A £25 for family shoots & £50 for newborn, non refundable deposit will save the date, but I am flexible if we need to change due to illness etc.
Do you provide outfits for newborns?
Yes I provide the outfits & wraps.
Can other family members come to watch?
Yes absolutely but I do have limit to 4 adults at my studio as its a very small space.
Do you do cake smash shoots?
I most certainly do yes, but ask you to provide your own cake and any helium balloons. I provide small ballons 1 boxes & bunting.
What area do you cover?
I like to shoot locally near Mansfield and surrounding areas. I would consider going further afield but the price of the shoot would reflect the extra time and travel expenses.
Where do you shoot?
I like to shoot outdoors but do have a studio, which I use for my newborn shoots and cake smashes. I am also happy to come to your house.
How long will the shoot last?
Please allow around an hour for children and family shoots, children get fed up after this time.
How long do newborn shoots last?
Allow 3 hours for newborn shoots as time is needed to settle baby, any feeds and nappy changes.
What if the weather is bad on the day of our outdoor shoot?
Please be aware outdoor shoots may need to re arranged due to bad weather.
How do we make sure we get everything we want from the shoot?
Before the day I will discuss your expectations from the shoot to ensure we capture everything you want.
What should I wear for the shoot?
Colours or pastels work nicely. Try to avoid logos or anything too distracting. There is no need to dress matching but complementing each other is great. For babies & very young children studio shoots, barefeet or socks look best as shoe soles don't look nice!
Newborns I use a wrap & some cute little outfits. For toddler siblings I use a complimentary wrap to make a top, or you can bring your own outfit.
What should you wear for outdoor shoots?
The same as above, nothing with logos or too distracting. If we are shooting on the farm or woods it can get muddy so bring wellies, best shoes can be put on at the last minute though. Depending on time of year either warm or cool clothes. Heels not recommended, unless your a professional at walking in them!
Can we have a particular theme for the photoshoot?
If you are wanting a particular theme, Princess , cowboys etc we can discuss this before the shoot but feel free to give me your ideas and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
How do we get the photos printed from the shoot?
They are yours to print & use as you wish, but I do recommend you let me get them professionally printed for you for two reasons, I can make sure the colour profile is correct & I can make sure the crop is right & there are no tops of heads missing, etc. The same goes for canvasses & frames too. If you let me know the exact size you need I can make the photo work & fit, rather than you finding out after you have them printed that they don't.
What age are newborn/ baby shoots up to?
Up to 2 months. If you want the real sleepy newborn shots though these are best 6 to 14 days old. But any age you can get amazing photos.
Do you do vouchers?
I do yes for whatever package or amount you want.
Do vouchers have an expiry?
Yes 1 year from the date bought, it will be written on.
